Now I’m back home and the parties are over I thought I should get back into the swing of things. So what better than kicking things off with a park run at my local venue Victoria Park in Glasgow. There were 473 runners and importantly 23 volunteers who do an amazing job sleeping the show in the road.

I was pleased with my performance. I bumped into Valerie and Iain and their kids who were all running too.

Then I spent the afternoon in the garden cleaning up all the leaves followed by a walk with Poppy. So all in all a reasonably active day.
