Day 346: rest day Tarbert

Best bits: laundry with a view

Worst bits: saying goodbye to Fiona, feeling tired

Distance: rest day

Days to the finish: 19

We were up reasonably early again this morning as Fiona had to catch the bus back to Glasgow. I managed to capture another short interview, debrief with her before she left.

I took a wander down to the harbour to check out the facilities. I also popped along to the ferry port to check out the procedure for next week.

I passed Lulabelles but unfortunately it was closed. I’ll definitely be booking a table there again.

I popped back up to Priscilla to collect my washing which I ended in the harbour facilities. How about this a laundry with a fantastic view.

The Sun came out creating fabulous fuse which I made the most of sitting on a bench outside while waiting for my laundry to finish.

This is a replica of a Loch Fyne skiff which is permanently moard in the harbour.

For some reason, I was feeling really tired today and so I just rested and went to bed really early.
