My legs were only a bit stiff this morning but I was feeling good. I packed my stuff including my finishers medal.
Danny gave me a quick haircut to tide me over until the finish.
Then it was off to meet Fiona at to get the bus back to Oban. It was strange that the bus stop was outside Gartnavel Hospital where the Beatson is located as this is the finish point for my walk! I will be back here in 24 days time!
The bus journey was very scenic with the autumnal colours surrounding us.
Fiona reminded me that I had agreed to give a talk to the local Rotary club this evening! Whoops I had forgotten. It’s just as well I can fly by the seat of my pants! I forgot to take a photo so this is from their website.
Then it was back to Eddie and Seonaid’s for a cuppa.
I’ve had a bit of a slack time on blog writing and so I had three to write tonight! I must try harder!!
