Best bits: arrival of Lynn and Harb
Worst bits: rain
Distance: rest day
I took the opportunity to have a long lie in this morning. I made a few phone calls from bed. After breakfast I got on with a few jobs including the washing up from two days ago. It wasn’t long after that Lynn and Harb arrived. We spent the morning catching up and discussing the days ahead. We checked out all the possible places we could park up and Lynn booked a campsite for a couple of nights.
I had a lot of logistics to sort out and so Lynn and Harb left me to it and went for a trip out to Asda.
Lynn has come armed with lots of supplies, including huge portions of beetroot brownies, and flapjack.

Poor Chip got himself in a bit of a pickle with the ladders in Priscilla. He’s a really old dog now and gets a bit confused.

It’s useful having friends that are physiotherapists so I made the most of it and go to do a assessment of my shoulder. I’ve now been given exercises to do and I’m sure Lynn will be on my case. However, this week is going to be all about food as Lynn is an excellent cook.
