I gave myself a long lay in today so didn’t surface until 10am yippee. A quick breakfast snack followed by an interview on zoom.
Launderette identified it was a 15 minute drive to get there. It was an efficient trip as there were loads of machines and driers and only one person in. I got parked right outside and so I was able to sit in Priscilla in comfort. I took the opportunity to make some rare video calls including Jackie whose birthday was today and my Mum.
Back to Asda to do a bit of shopping and then it was too hot to do anything else except stretch out on the bed and watch a movie.
Once it dropped a bit cooler I did some cleaning and tidying up. My Speedgoats are starting to wear and so I got out a couple more pairs of walking shoes to alternate with.
It was after 10pm when it went cool enough to shut the door and settle down for the night. Although it was still registering 21 degrees inside Priscilla!
