Best bits: long lay in this morning.
Worst bits: saying goodbye to Zoe, logistics
Distance: rest day
Blimey, it was 9 am when I looked at my phone this morning. That’s almost a 12 hour sleep I had last night. I dragged myself out of bed and made us a cup of tea. Once we felt human, it was time for Zoe‘s exit interview. I asked her questions about how she had got on being part of Traceys Trek support crew.

Unfortunately, it was then time to say goodbye to Zoe, for now! Although I get the feeling she might be back!

I was so tired last night that I couldn’t write my blog and so that was this morning’s activity. It was also a day of jobs, including looking through all the cupboards, checking the dates on food, cleaning out the cupboards and fridge, restocking food and other supplies, sorting out my clothes and generally tidying up. Priscilla told me she needed some add blue and so I sorted that out.
Logistics are never far away and today I needed to plan the next two weeks as I don’t have any support. Thankfully, Anita who we met a couple of days ago sent me a message asking if I needed any help. It looks like things might work out over the next couple of days. Also Viv got back in touch and has offered me another week of support in a couple of weeks time. So my schedule has had to take a few tweaks, changing my days off to make the most of support, transport links and Asda car parks!

Still feeling tired I felt like I was on a bit of slow motion and so things seem to take longer than normal. Also, I was craving food and grazed all day.
I treated myself to a movie before going to bed.
