Best bits: watching rubbish TV and generally relaxing
Worst bits: torrential rain and high winds shaking Priscilla, saying goodbye to Janet
Distance: rest day
The wind shook Priscilla all evening and the rain hammered down all night. We also had heard a number of beeps in the night as though something was getting low on power. Despite attempts to locate it this morning it had stopped! After an early breakfast it was time to say goodbye to Janet.

The high winds over 50 mph buffeted Priscilla around all day and the rain lashed down and it felt like I was on a boat in the sea. In fact I did at time feel a little sea sick as it was difficult to concentrate on anything and it was cold as there isn’t much room to move about inside Priscilla. So I decided to go back to bed and keep warm.

The rain didn’t stop all day and evening and there is only so much tyding up you can do so I watched TV for most of the day. I did manage some logistics, but working on the computer made me feel a bit queazy. Of course I managed a hearty meal. Good old basics of eggs and beans on toast!

I was rather pleased at the end of the day when my Oura ring sent me this message! My stress levels are restored. Hurrah. I tried to have an early night but the wind was still rocking Priscilla around alot and it was difficult to nod off.
